Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were of a good size, but unfortunately, noise from the terrace was audible in the mornings. The service was exceptional, with staff working hard to make up for any shortcomings. The location was unbeatable, just across the main restaurant and bar area in Usaquen. The dining options were varied, though some dishes were a little untasty. Overall, a great value for money experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were of good size but facing the back side of the building. However, they were hot, suffocating, and there was a lot of traffic noise. The service was top-notch with always a smiling face ready to assist and very accommodating staff. The location was unbeatable, being just opposite the main restaurant/bar area in Usaquen and close to Hospital Santa Fe de Bogota. The dining options included a wide variety of choices but were a little untasty. The facilities met my expectations overall.
I found the hotel to be well-located, just across from the main restaurant/bar area in Usaquen. The rooms were a bit noisy due to the close proximity to other rooms, which made them quite warm in the mornings, but after two days, a cooler option was available. The traffic noise was bothersome. The service was wonderful, very accommodating and kind. The location was really great, being in Usaquen close to many restaurants and the Santa Fe Hospital. The dining experience was diverse and enjoyable, offering both Colombian classics and European-style options.
